Aggregate needs anti-pollution, waterproof and anti-mixing. It is best to set up a laboratory for the mixing plant. It has an independent, water-filled, well-ventilated indoor space. It is equipped with basic instruments and instruments for collecting aggregates, asphalt and mixture materials, and meets the standards of local site laboratories as much as possible.

At least one skilled technician in the key positions (operation, maintenance, test) of the mixing plant is certified to work.

The power supply, water supply conditions and the surrounding social relations of the mixing plant should be understood so as not to affect normal production.
