1. To strengthen the maintenance work of the burner, it is necessary to frequently clean the carbon deposit of the burner nozzle and the ignition electrode of the burner nozzle, and the nozzle can be removed and washed according to the atomization condition;
2. The burner oil and oil ratio is not adjusted in general, and the oil pump pressure can be adjusted according to the smoke condition and the aggregate temperature;
3. The sulfur dioxide produced by the combustion of fuel oil has strong corrosiveness to the bag, so it is necessary to check the bag regularly and pay close attention to the negative pressure change in the bag;
4, water dust will produce more foam, causing the sedimentation tank to overflow, so it is necessary to clean the sedimentation tank in time, and spray design to make the foam precipitate; when the oil pressure drops or the gear pump noise becomes larger, the gear pump is replaced in time.
When the burner is started, the heavy oil should flow through the switch valve, and then open the burner control cabinet to start the burner.
If the heavy oil electronic ignition is unsuccessful, the three-way inlet can be switched, and the diesel ignition is used. After the ignition is successful for 2 minutes, it is converted into heavy oil, so that even the poor quality fuel oil can ignite.
